Manufacturer’s Sharing Servitization Transformation and Product Pricing Strategy

The sharing market includes the idle product by owner and firm’s new sharing. Companies participating in economy choose to withdraw from because it is always difficult make a profit, due heavy asset investment, but there no such worry for owners who do not need cost input. At same time, we have observed that products launched companies are meet rental needs of consumers. Based on above findings, constructed model where monopolistic manufacturer sells rents out at purchased can rent when they idle. Because uncoordinated supply demand matching excessively high unit input, our research found that: (1) barriers enter high—for example, will only consumers rate availability products. Only low provide services; (2) competition between two weakens cannibalize sales market; (3) enters promote owner’s income. earnings increase with rising products’ availability.
